🔄 Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
To start a return, email us at admin@bltn.store with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll send instructions on how to return the item.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
