Refund policy
At Better Late Than Never (BLTN) Clothing, customer satisfaction is a top priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we're here to help make things right.
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please email admin@bltn.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If the item is approved, a full refund (excluding shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend returning your original item and placing a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Include your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly, either by refund or replacement.
